1. There were good reasons to remove those things, for both - Gameplay and Feeling.
2. Mordor is no folk with a good armory, for orcs being the lowest warriors of Middle-Earth - and the mens from the east and south have the upgrades from the beginning.
The gread advance of the Cirith Ungol-Urucs is, that they don't need any CP, you only have to pay the ressources. This is why they are restricted - but this restriction is removed if you build the Tower of Cirith Ungol at your fortress, so you can build endless Urucs, if you have the ressources!
3. What factions will be added is already decided by the team and will not be changed, but until they will be presented we have to wait.

A cool addition to Mordor for the next update:
Mordor should have Black Numenorean Warriors, not the same models as the ones from Angmar, but the far more evil-looking models from the Games Workshop range. Those representations really capture how the Black Numenoreans have lost most of their humanity in service of the Great Eye. They should probably be trained at the Morgul Catacombs, alongside their mounted kinsmen, the Morgul Knights.
Also, for the side of the free peoples, you might consider adding Lindon as a third elven faction, similar to how they appear in the Age of the Firstborn mod. Coolest. Elves. Ever.

Ich habe mal ne frage und zwar habe ich das problem das meine gegner und meine verbündeten keine armehen bauhen und das finde ich dof woran ligt das?

Weil du höchstwahrscheinlich den KI-Fix noch nicht hast?
Schau mal in den Downloadbereich der MU-Hauptseite und hol dir die genannte Datei, dann sollte die KI auch wieder was bauen.
