Ich wollte das Tutorial umsetzten das einen Helden in einem bestimmten Gebäude ausbildbar macht, allerdings kommt immer ein Gamecrash.

Das hättest du nicht unbedingt in zwei verschiedenen Threads posten müssen, zumal dir im anderen schon geantwortet worden ist^^
Es wär' wirklich hilfreich, wenn du uns den Inhalt der Fehlermeldung nach dem GameCrash posten könntest. Das ist oft äußerst aufschlussreich.

Eine weitere Frage:
Wenn ich eine Mod erstelle muss ich schlussendlich ja mehrere Big Dateien verändern.
Wie kann ich also alle Big Dateien über eine Verknüpfung(mit dem -mod comand) laden ?
Souls of Black:
Mit -mod Command lädst du ja einen neuen Ordner, einfach in diesen alle Bigs reinschieben.

Meine Verknüpfung verweist allerdings immer auf eine big:
