Actually I just ran it one more time for the hell of it and now it is working not in admin mode. Thanks for the help. Still do not know why it was not running before but as long as it works I have no problem.

One last problem I got it running but I am missing the hero creation button in the main menu.

Theres no CaH-Button, 3.8.1 disabled that, but 4.0 will support CaH again, so you have a little bit (the release is in the next 3 month).

Hey erstmal ich habe ein Problem mit der installation vom Edain Mod undzwar wird bei ca 80% der dekompriemierung der edain_german.big (hoffe es ist richtig) abgebrochen helft mir pls
