edain team, is it possible to apply the 4.0 demo content on 3.8.1 version too to satisfy other players who like to build everywhere too please ( of course if it is possible ) ? thank you.

No, we won't change 3.81 in any way. It's an old version and we are just working on 4.0 and newer versions. We have explained many times why we won't make it all available for a second free build version.^^
