For the first one:
Just go in the armor.ini and change it. (or armor.inc)

You can change the buttons by looking up the commandbuttons in the commandbutton.ini and just copy the "buttonimage" of the first to the second.

Why don't you try it yourself?
I have seen people explaning you similar things. When you learn how to do it yourself (and you should be able with the earlier explanations and my hints) you will be much faster than asking all the time. Of course you can still ask, but it is always nice for us to see that you really try to do it yourself, as we have to look everything up too. And that also takes some time. ;)
