This is intentional. When you choose to use one of the powerful spells from Gorthaurs "Blackheart", he uses a lot of his magical power and cannot cast other spells or transform into other forms for some time.

Sorry, I did not express myself well enough. I mean that the magic palantir and the powerful spells get disabled when you click on the button that switches the palantir from the transformation palantir to the regular one.

When I click on the button in picture A I would expect the buttons in Picture B not to be disabled since it's just a palantir switch. However, what happens is that the first button enters a medium cooldown and the second button is disabled.

I assume that's unintentional since the button from picture A is just a Palantir switch button.

Ah, now I understood the problem. Yes, the timer that locks the buttons was too long. I cut it down from 10 sec to 2 sec. That should be enough

- bei Ring-Theoden bleibt man manchmal lange im Ring-Palantir feststecken, da der Swap-Button auf Cooldown geht
- Eomers Fähigkeit spricht unter anderem davon "Ritt der Exilanten" zu verstärken, diese heißt aber "Ritt der Verdammten"

- Faramirs Schwert/Bogen-Wechsel wirkt vom Bild her immer grau hinterlegt, man kann es aber normal ausführen

Komischer Zufall. Gerade gestern habe ich mir beim Testen von Gondor genau das Gleiche gedacht  :D
Deswegen benutzt Faramir in Zukunft diese Buttonbilder:

One bug I forgot to mention is that the default submod installation crashes if the Edain mod is in English because the file priority is lower than that of english_ini.big. Fixed it by adding two underscores (_).
