Yes i think he mentioned he wanted to recreate Erebor as it was inside in the movie, so indeed he succeeded!^^
But unfortunately im not good at mapping or editing stuff so im just gonna wait until i stumble upon someone elses Erebor map..:D

Or you can use the Terrain Copy tool in WorldBuilder and copy a part of his Erebor map, including Dale, and place it on a new map, then fill the other parts of the newly created map, and you will have a map centered around Dale, but still having parts of the inside of Erebor  :).

^^I posted a link to the same map as you did, it's actually the best Erebor map out there, at least IMO; and, I'm pretty sure it's the only map of Erebor available for Edain  :P.

Yes I like this map, her is the most beautiful map of Erebor !
