Of course,
Noldor are cool  8-) .... Especially "tree-loving" princess of Noldor (and the highest Noldor in the Middle-earth after Gil-galad's death) :P

I voted for Imladris and Misty Mountains because they could open up new scenarios for some "canonical" battles in the North of Middle-earth (the four demo factions are mainly focused in the south, except for Mordor and Isengard, who could've expand in the north if they had the opportunity)
Just imagine infesting the Eriador with the Goblins while Dunedain try to protect it, or even besieging Rivendell with Isengard, which is pretty close to it and Saruman also knows well its secrets^^
