Here are some designs that can also be used for Iron Hills Scout but I still think the first I suggested is better! :)

from those I like more te on from Left but both look awesome and cool for Dwarven Scouts and all they ahve to do is have the Theme Red Colour and will be great! :)

Hmm, Dwarf on the left looks similarly as old Balin model with his red hood:

Maybe we don't need new model for scout. :D
New scout can has this old Balin model but with new beard and better clothes from your picture. xD
