A new abillity for king Brand

I have An idea for a new abillity for King Brand:

Level 9:King of Dale - Alies Near Brand are fearless ,and deal double damage 9 (Only  for men of Dale or Lake-town)

the ability represent Brand's  inspiring courage - As king of Dale he inspires other to fight in defence of their land

This ability is good idea because it well combines his existing abilities with  this supportive ability

Where do you get the word "Aegis" from and how does this link with lore :-) ?

Try to explain why Brand should get this ability. Whats the reason for it? What is the aim of the concept?
