Can't Update the Mod

Spark:
"Can't Connect to Server" is what I keep on getting as soon as I hit "update". I've read several posts here and none of them have helped. Can someone please tell me what's going on and how to fix it?

(Oh and before you delete this as you've done three times already, at least direct me to the solution.)

I deleted one post because you double posted and merged the other with the support post. I already wrote the solution there.

Eeeerrsh... Sorry about that. I figured it was the wrong place so I tried to delete it and post it there.

But where do I download the launcher? It certainly isn't on Moddb.

Is it here? Because the translation isn't crossing over to the buttons on the site (English translation).
