I don't know if this is possible or suggested before, but it would be nice for a way to select the Dwarven Realm for AI. Sometimes you want a particular enemy/ally Dwarf but it's entirely random...

The idea is interesting, although I'm not sure how possible it is. There's a lot of edge cases to cover when allowing a player to pick another team's dwarven realm.
