How is the balance between the 3 dwarven kingdoms? (Ihave one idea)

Hello guys I agree that there is some balacne issues between the Dwarven Realms and one of them is that Ered Luin has much more Heroes and on Top of that they can give them Knockback,Area DMG and much more Bonusses trough Balin Runes which is not balanced and even unfair with the Heroes of Erebor and Iron Hills where not even a single Hero has Knockback or Area DMG!! :)

Could you be a bit more specific?

The majority of the proposals of this website has also some reasons behind it.
This is the core and pivotal point of discussion  :)
