I haven't read the whole post, so I don't know if other people already posted them^^
I've just cut them by my own from videos of the appropriate scenes

Here are some good sound &/or song resources from The Tolkien Ensemble & Christopher Lee - The Lord of The Rings - Complete Songs & Poems (2006).

You can use certain snippets like for e.g Sir Christopher Lee reciting the verse of the ring. You can use that for Ring Hero Saruman. Also Malbeth the seer etc, elven songs for minstrels lots of good stuff.

Let's not forget our beloved Howard Shore! By now we have each of his soundtracks enthralled in our brain. But the LOTR Rarities archive offers alternate versions that are really good too! for e.g Arwen's song, The awesome music from the ROTK trailer. These can be added as music to the game if you want just to keep things fresh :)
