Unfortunately that's not correct. ;)

If you want to translate "Happy Birthday" into German you would have to say "Fröhlichen Geburtstag" or "Frohen Geburtstag". I really don't know what "Freuer" is, sounds like some form of "freuen" ("to be glad"), but it's grammaticaly wrong. ;)

But it is more common to say "Alles Gute zum Geburtstag" ("Everything good for your Birthday")  or "Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag" ("Cordial(?) congratulation for you Birthday").
