Well I made a map, Cameth Brin: the capital of Old Rhudaur!
Some things to know about it; the map is really big, inside the city, you already have the different buildings for units (two caserns, one archery, one stable, two forges, ...) you can't construct other buildings (because if even you really was defending a city you couldn't build in the last minute a casern).
I didn't make a photo and a map as we can see in all real maps, the description is in French.
You have big walls.
I have to put a market and some parks but expect that the map is finished and playable easily.

Well, you could post an image or two of the map, at least... Some little info like, how much players inside, winning conditions, etc. The description you gave above already clarifies a lot, so all you need is some images and the map files itself. ^^

Oh, the map files are in your C:\Users\<YOURUSER>\AppData\Roaming\My The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files\Maps. All you need is to share the map folder inside it ^^

Sounds like an interesting map :D
to publish the map, upload it to a file host (like a drive, or preferably MODDB) and post the link here.
To put out images, upload the images to an image host (like imgur) and use the code

The images didnt worked because you used the imgur album link, not the picture link itself. Right click the image on imgur and get "Copy image link address*, wich ends with a .jpg, and post it, then it will work ^^

Nonetheless, the ModDB images are working, and the maps looks promising! I couldnt find a download link to the map thou :)
