new icon. problem with dds.

Hello!
I want to create a new icon for Elladan and Elrohir using decipher cards..
I use Dxtbmp for replace original image in Edain data textures.. i extracted file, replaced image, but when i add new file it doesn't work, the image appear like a stack of many colour.. where i fall?
