English-speaking Heroes

Can someone please tell me how to make the heroes speak in English?

Of course, you need to teach them  ;)
I suppose you need to install the Edain Mod with English language.
Then you get the English sound packs as well.

well there is some english being spoken by some heroes and some units but i would like to understand everything that everyone is saying in it, and iv seen youtube videos in which, for example, Galadriel speaks english, but my version she speaks german. how do i get the english sound pack?

Did you install your game in english? If I remember correctly this needs to be done so the mod can use files from the english version of "Rise of the Witch-King", thus leading to english audio  :)
