Seems like that your opponent played with Lothlorien, right? It depends on the map and on Radagast's summon spell. Will be fixed in the next version.

Reshef:
This warning appears when the Lorienplayer calls Radagast although the Spell is not charged. This is possible by a glitch and because Radagast can be called by three spells.
This can not be avoided, so at least a warning appears when someone calls Radagast though he should not be able to do so.
