The projected city (at least its walls, for now  xD) look nice, but I don't think they fit well because they look like Noldor buildings (Rivendell, for example) while I think the Elves of Dorwinion were probably some lesser Elves like the Silvan or Avari; but that may just be my personal taste.

For me it's a region with a lot of elves and humans so its elven architecture with a big human influence and more like a dale influence :)

Elves and Men living together in human-influenced settlements sounds interesting, It would probably turn out pretty nice :).
