"Warning: Cheater" during multiplayer battle

I got a warning similar to the one that announce that hero had fallen that said "Warning: CHEATERRRRR!!" during a multiplayer battle against Lorien and Gondor while being Mordor allied with the dwarves of Erebor. Here it is:

Did u get kicked or banned ? or multiple...

Try Reinstalling the Edain Mod.
And my friend had familiar error in multiplayer.

Nothing actually happened. I didn't get kicked or ban and I could play just fine.

I did get that, which is why I posted it here. What I'd like to understand is what triggered it.

Seems like that your opponent played with Lothlorien, right? It depends on the map and on Radagast's summon spell. Will be fixed in the next version.

This warning appears when the Lorienplayer calls Radagast although the Spell is not charged. This is possible by a glitch and because Radagast can be called by three spells.
This can not be avoided, so at least a warning appears when someone calls Radagast though he should not be able to do so.
