Rohan custom hero 4.2.1

Thank you, this mod amazing.
In version 4.2.1, rohan faction does not allow adding a custom hero. Is this expected or an error.

Gnomi:
Just look at the popup message which appears when you try to get a cah with rohan. It's described there how you can use a cah. Sadly it is not possible to allow new factions a cah in the normal way.
