Can't update the mod

Hey guys, I'm trying to update the mod, but when I click the update button in the launcher, it says that it could not connect to the server. I've updated the launcher recently and both the mod and the launcher are not blocked by my firewall. I don't have a clue about what I should do now and I hope you can help me out.
