If I understand it correctly, yes, I would like to do submod in the future, but until  I'll get co-workers and experience,  for now it is a concept.

About the Vale characters: I guess Sansa could be some sort of upgrade for the Council Hall, kinda like Denethor for Gondor (since, if we go by the books, when Sansa marries Harrold she is to inspire the Knights of the Vale to fight in her name). But maybe Lysa couldn't have a similar role, since the lords of Westeros didn't have much respect for her  :P.
