Artwork Palantir images for new Dwarven and Angmar units?

First off not sure this is in the right area for a post like this so if it is im very sorry ^^

Hi so I noticed that Drar and Narin had in game photos of them as their palantir image and im guessing this is because the edain team didnt have time to make them so I made one for Drar as an example its not very good in my opinion but maybe you guys will like it. And I hope that portraits like these will be implemented for the new heroes.

Thanks guys im going to do Narin tomorrow well give Narin a go as for the units the Ironbreakers will be easy enough but the crossbowmen might be a challenge.

and rework a bit the angmar swordmens
even if it's really lesser good than yours ^^'

Calsash, I already told you on Skype but these portraits are amazing. I already like Murin's portrait but Narin and Drar could use improving.

I definitely think that the Carn Dum infantry need better portraits too. Their badassery demands it.

You're a very talented drawer but I was just curious what program you used to draw these?

I am using Photoshop to make them they are made from other images like bits of concept art and then I edit them into the characters in game such as Narin I used a photo of Thorin riding a goat as the base image.

As for Angmar units i have already started on an image for the men of carn dum

I definitely like them, especially the troops from Carn Dûm. They are so haunting and deceitfully dangerous (I guess this is the right tone for Evil Men of this kind) 

I think Narin could be improved a bit, especially his face.

Thank you Walk the general consensus is that Narin and Drar are the weakest and need some more work but I believe that Ellesar is doing some Work on Narin and I will revist Drar after I finish the Angmar units

The problems with your angmar portraits are, that they dont look like our current design. Neither the carn dum soldiers, nor the black guard. In addition they look a little bit washed out.
Thats a great artwork, indeed. But we wont use them.

Im guessing that the Helmets are the main factor that makes them not looks much like the design, as for the black guard the shoulder pads the belt and the centre chest piece were all actually taken from the in game model just something for you and people to know, but I have the black knight coming soon and its a lot more apparent there. and Thank you for the nice words!

Looks much better, much more natural also maybe tint his eyes red or light blue to give him a slightly more evil look and maybe make him more pale?

I find the IHs Swordsman,Spearman and Slayers(yeah I call them liek that because I like that name much more) to be awesome and like them a lot,but I really like your Crossbowmans quite a lot. I would love to see them in Game!

Btw what Image you use as a basis forthe Crossbowmans!? A Screen from Movie or somewhere else!? I really would lvoe ot have it.
