This is what came up in the image so all I did was update it and what happened is down below also the logs in the image

This came up also my game says that data isn't found for

                                                  MISSING
                        CONTROLBAR: TOOLTIP .................
Its says this for rohan and then also for all the in-game icons for buying units and buildings ect so I cant tell what things do. also when I Updated at the end it said

                                       ERROR RENAMING PATCH FILES
        then again               ERROR RENAMING PATCH FILES 2 

Turin Turumbar:
Easiest thing to do: Uninstall the mod and install it again.
