As far as I know, a visual difference between the two forms is already implemented in the game: that is, Saruman of Many Colours boasts robes that shine of multiple chromatic shades, indicating his multifaceted personality and voluble goals. It's not as visible as Gandalf's change (a real resurrection), yet it still plays its part in the game.
