No, apart from jokes, as Fredius rightly pointed out, there is not the exact conception of religion as we have, speaking about Arda. The only cults that may be found could be minor ones that worship Morgoth (as the ancient source of the Evil), the Valar (more as a wish of the Elves to return to the Undying Lands) or past ancestors (Men generally consider the great characters of their past as sacred). If you are willing to, you might explore some of these aspects, if you want to implement a bit of a religious element in all factions (some statues or other religion-based monuments, for example).
Other than that, Morgoth and the Valar belong to a very far and obscure past for the people of the late Third Age. It's therefore quite unlikely that you will ever find those cults active or that type of religious structures :)
