Making Arnor Maps...

I was wondering...can you make your own Arnor Maps? Cuz I was hoping to make some of my fav maps into Arnor ones. I would also, if possible, like to know how to make Arnor maps back to Gondor ones. I'd greatly appreciate any useful info on this.
