Since you are looking for suggestions, I thought I'd just give it a go. :)

Although i really like the asymmetry in this map, I think having the outposts and expansion points more symmetrical would benefit the gameplay of the map.
For example: You have an outpost on the right side but none on the left side.

What I would also suggest is having more settlements in total. In your case the players each have only 2 settlements each, which may cause quite a slow game, since the player wont generate a lot of money.

Design-wise the map is already in a good condition, but I would suggest adding a few rocks and dead trees (although it doesnt make a lot of sense), as well as some different but similiar textures.(I think you were gonna do that anyway ;)) If you have trouble finding fitting textures or objects, like I had in the beginning, try to look at maps that already exist and study the way they are textured.

Looking forward to updates. :)

Trapper you're right, I'll add other outposts and economy plots .What is a good amount per player ?

About textures, i made some progress yestarday, see below.

I'll be adding more environmental details in the next days, so I think I can send you a playable preview to test.

Thanks Ealendril :)

Looking good, can't wait to play. Although I would suggest putting those in spoiler tags so they don't take up too much space.

Really enjoyed the map, it's a lot of fun. I'll have to make a couple more playthroughs for complete feedback but so far I feel the map could use more settlements, and it feels a bit cramped, maybe push the walls back a bit? Keep up the great work.

I will try to push back the walls, some areas seems me  a bottle neck too.

About settlements, if I get some expressive area will do that.

How many settlements do you think is a good amount ?

Thanks for the feedback.

I also did some very quick testing.

I think texture-wise you did a good job so far. Realistic and similiar looking textures so far. Well done. On tip: For impassable terrain you might want to you a texture that differentiates a bit more from the rest of the textures so that the player knows its impassable.

2 other things:

Check every camp for this kind of mistake. It happens when the walls dont have enough space to build itself up. I think the dwarven one should be the biggest, so if the dwarven one doesnt have any wall bugs, then it should work out.

As Necromancer said this map needs more space. Try to make it obvious for the player which areas can be fought in and make them an appropiate size. There is no rule to that, you just have to try out.
Also dont put big obstacles like the dead trees on the rocks in the middle of an area. Small obstacles are often good for the map, but obstacles of that size in the middle of a possible battle area just hinder everything and make it seem cramped.

Anyways; really like the progress. Keep it up ! :)

Edit: One more thing. you need to tilt your minimap vertically in order to show up as your real map. Right now it shows the map upside down. Dont ask me why that is. EA had alot of fun programming this apparently... :D
