Unable to update from 4.3 to 4.4.1

Hi all !

I want to update my Edain Mod from the 4.3 version to the 4.4.1 version. But I have problems with the launcher (or maybe my internet connection, I can't figure this out yet), and thus would very much like to update my mod without having to go through the launcher. Isn't there any other way ?
