Blank spell powers

I run the game normally and everything seems to be functioning, however when I open the spellbook, there are no images, just white squares. I have no other mod installed, and everything else works perfectly, even the text for the spell powers. Is there any way to fix this without uninstalling. I had a mod that tempered with BFME2 asset dat, could that maybe be the problem?

Yes, that is very likely the reason.

Try to search for updates in the launcher, that should find corrupted files and redownloads them.
