Antique Lyrics of Arda
Walküre:
The ones who much bore
The ones who much bore, both on deathless and mortal ends,
Exile they faced, their legacy they longed to retrieve and the gravest horrors on their journey they underwent.
Walküre:
The Secret of the Deep Sea
The Secret of the Deep Sea by marine Angels is carefully kept,
The Archangel of Water with it dwelleth on the depths of the blue, and the Sea-elves by the Lord of the Storm some of its arts were taught.
Walküre:
Serpents of fire and ashes
What art or snare could have ever conceived such horror,
Slimy the fashion, fell the nature and fiery the breath.
Walküre:
Many webs of lies and deception
The people of Rohan believe that an insidious force dwells in the Golden Wood. The king's mind is poisoned by lies; this could be the reason of such fool of a belief.
Eerie and luring, the ways of those forests may not be by human foot trodden,
Secrecy reigns supreme and naught of them we know,
If not that a great sorceress dwells in those woods,
Which kind of snares and schemes does she have for us?
Walküre:
Going hither and thither
Hither and thither the Grey Wizard goeth, vast the route and long the voyage,
Many names he is called and in many different tongues,
Where doth an old man find the will to endeavour?
He seemeth stuck on a mission and from his aim he shall not depart.
