Launcher does not work

Jebtastic:
My launcher wont open. Nothing happens when I click on it. However the mod Soros when I boot up ROTWK. I need the launcher to change the language or get updates so I am hoping there is a way to fix this.

EDIT: My launcher won't start. Clicking on it causes nothing to happen. However launching ROTWK will lead the mod. The text is in German though and I cant update the game.

Did you get the admin rights notification? Which version of windows are you using? Is your .net framework up to date? Did you try downloading and installing the newest version of the launcher manually?

I have the same problem.
Yes. Windows 7. .NET v4.7.2. Yes, launcher still doesn't work.

Downgrade framework to version 4.5 solved the problem but this is not good.
