Help: Imladris economy

Hi, I've noticed a bug, my reasource houses and imladris buildings don't level up. I've installed before patch 2.02 and I think I have reverted it but I don't know for sure. This happens both in multiplayer and in singleplayer.  Is there something else I need to do? Should I uninstall patch 2.02?
