Textures on custom heros

I've installed the game and it works just fine (except for a random crash on some specific maps) but one thing that I still can't seem to fix is that some textures on custom heros are not loaded  properly. This only affects the new textures added in the mod e.g. the harad assassin. I've reinstalled the mod, rotwk and BFME2 and still the textures dont work.

Anyone here who knows what might be causing this?
