Need help with middleearth map for FF

I'm looking for someone, who can help me to create a middleearth map for my fanfiction.
Maybe there is someone who knows how to create something like that.


Since I have been working on an FacFiction for several years and did many changes on the real map i want to share it in the thread.

If you can help me i will give you more information about how it should look exactly etc.

An "outline" would be enough.
