This quote, often attributed to the King of the Dead in the movies was actually spoken by an oathbreaker that could appear in a human-like form. My question for the community is this:

Who do you think it was that said this?

Do you agree that it was the King of the Dead, another Oathbreaker, or something different altogether? Let me know your thoughts.
