I've got a quick question about the Misty-Mountains.

In the spellbook, there's the "Untamed Allegiance" spell, which summons a lair. Along with this you also get "Pact of Hatred" which gives control of a lair.

My question: Are the lairs summoned wild? And, if so, do they drop treasure?

Simple answer to both questions, yes.

Won't that amount to free recourses and experience from summoning and killing the lair?

If you choose to do that, yes. It is one of the possible ways to benefit from the spell.
