either in 1.3 patch it is or in 1.4. i couldn't get cirith ungol archers... the description of the necromancer`s influence says that he unlocks halberdiers but instead they are already unlocked. yet with archers it was unclear. i was confused at first but appears its just a wrong English description and it is cirith ungol archers that got to be unlocked with Necro Influence.
also in lorien faction for some reason both archers and close quarters fighters of the border guard couldnt get weapon upgrades like silverthorn arrows and forged blades. it was ok for galadhrim though. :) i hope im not at the wrong thread with all that

As mentioned above english descriptions aren't adjusted to the patch yet because that is a decent amount of not very exciting work. You have to read (and remember xD) the patchnotes in that case. Regarding the forged blades and silverthorn arrows: That is a bug which will be fixed together with other bugs in a new version which will be uploaded in a few minutes.

Version 1.4 has been released. patchnotes will be added in a few days.

Version 1.4.1 has been released (includes some bug-fixes and a few balance-adjustments). Patchnotes have been added.
