Epic Battles not working properly

Hello! this is my first post here and i really love the mod and its work...

But the Epic Battle mode is not working proper. tried on Minas Tirith and Helms Deep and Imladris and no large CP was available for me (yet it is for the enemy) and YES i have upgraded the CP from the citadel.

It only worked in Dol Amroth...

Any ideas?
