More defensive srtructures for the Dwarves !

Agree with you here, having an extra builder to build inside the castle doesn't seem fitting to me. Though you gave me an idea:
New defense line building: Oil vents
A tower with Oil vents, being able to set enemy units on fire in its surroundings, maybe working similar as the flood expansion. Since you can't use Oil vents in camps, the new defense line building could be some building that has Oil vents included. Though I guess such a building would also be nice to have on standard defense build plots.

What about also get away the line defense buildplots at the beginning and give the player two actions in the citadel for the player to place himself the two line of defence buildplots where he wishes inside the base and near the outpost ? A little bit as Lothlorien in freebuild with its internal buildplots (after line of defence is researched) ?

It would make runes even more valuable for these buildings as soon as they would have been built at strategical places ?

But I'm not able to tell if as Zoger said, the balance would be broken or not, I guess not because Dwarves seem always less defensive than Gondor.

Moreover, I like the idea to complete the Line of Defence with option we normally don't see otherwise in standard buildplots.
