Thanks for your help in finding bugs and the mod and therefore making them better! :) To ensure that we can identify the bugs and eliminate them as quickly as possible, please follow these guidelines with your reports:
- Please describe the problem as accurately as possible. Which situation did it occur in? Were you playing against the AI or online? With how many players, which factions, which game mode, on which map? In case you were playing War of the Ring, which scenario? What exactly was happening while the error occurred?
- Does the problem repeat itself in the same situation or does it appear to be random?
- If possible, it would be very helpful if you could add a picture of the problem. You can take a screenshot with F12, it will be saved to your My Pictures folder. Even better in difficult cases would be a video or replay that contains the error.
- Try to describe the problem with as much accuracy and detail as you can. The better we can understand it, the easier and faster we can fix it :)
- There's a fitting thread for every bug. For example, any bugs with Mordor should be posted in the Mordor bug thread.
- Don't be a surprised if a bug report you made suddenly vanished. We occasionally delete bug reports that we have fixed to keep things orderly, this in no way means that your post was not seen or violated the forum rules.
