Hello Friend. Greetings from Turkey. There are many people who play this game in Turkey. How can I change the language files? is not pad ++ enough? What should I do?

You need FinalBig and a program like notepad. With finalbig you can extract the lotr file from the languagepatch201 in the lang folder of your game ("language" can be any kind of english, for me it is englishpatch201. Then you can change the strings via notepad in the lotr and afterwards you have to put the lotr file back in your languagepatch201.
