So far its running fine and all but there is a big pink counter on top of my screen wich ruins my immersion and its just annoying. Any way to remove it?

Deactivate all other mods like the unofficial "patch 2.02".

I already did that or it wouldnt even run.

You need to disable the 2.02 timer, it disables seperately from the rest of 2.02.
