Titel: Rohan and imladris CAH

Hey I'm new to this mod only installed it the other day and loving it so far going through the different factions to find my favourite but I've noticed in skirmish I cannot select any CAH if playing Rohan or imladris and I'm just wondering whether this is a balance thing or if it's a bug?

It's some sort of permanent bug if I remember correctly. To fix this simply click on the hero's name (even if it is grayed out) and then press the first letter of their name and that should select it even if it is grayed out.
