Titel: Crash when playing on network (only my comp)

I receive this error whenever I get through roughly 20-30 mins of gameplay. http://prntscr.com/7ziapd
It seems to be on any map while playing network. My PC is the only one that crashes. It is always the same error as well.

I also sometimes get this error, and no one, when looking up the problem online seems to really know the answer. Most answers, including from EA tech support, are quite cryptic.

Any help?

You mean you play Multiplayer? Do your graphic on very low, than the game works fine :)
