Please help.  I do not even have the option of loading a single campaign from the "solo play" menu.  Only "war of the ring" "skirmish" and "load game" appear as options.  I installed BFME2 patch 1.06, RoTWK patch 2.01 and the launcher.  Everything appears to be functioning, except I see no campaigns

There is no camaign yet for 4.0, therefore everything is fine. :)
