So I went ahead and installed BFME2 1.09 and it seems to have broken Edain mod. :/

To launch Edain mod I of course have to revert to BFME1 1.06 using the 1.09 PatchSwitcher, however, now the UI in Edain mod is replaced my pink boxes: Specifically, the BFME2 logo in the main screen and the graphics around the minimap ingame. Is there any way to fix this? Is it even possible to keep 1.09 installed at the same time as Edain mod?

The Patch Switcher for 1.9 overwrites your asset.dat in the BFME 2 folder.
Reinstallation of the Edain Mod, while not being patched to 1.09 should do the trick.

Ok thanks! So if I'd like to have both installed I could just make a backup of Edain mod's assets.dat and switch out the 1.09 version whenever I want to play it?

Even better, you can replace the asset.dat in the Patch Switcher's 1.06 directory with Edain's asset.dat, making your game compatible with Edain whenever you've used the switcher to restore to 1.06!  xD
