Hi all....I recently installed the submod and the new skills and heroes are not apearing nornam...it shows that "tooltip missing"...please help

Did you install all the patches before installing the Edain (recent version)?
After that you may install the Submods für Edain.
I didn't ever played any submods for Edain but i think this is the common way^^
There is also a button in the Edain Switcher, which is named "sub mods" and where you probably have to activate it ;)

yes...I have installed everything, and I know of the submod menu in the switcher, but I have the engish version of the game, might that be the problem?

The problem is in the file englishpatch201.big.
Put the attached file into this folder and replace the originality (recommend backing up the original files)
C:\ .... \The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king\lang
